Refund & Exchange Policy

Immediate Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect items immediately upon receipt and before the courier departs.

On-the-Spot Returns & Exchanges: Items for refund or exchange must be returned to the courier at the point of delivery, with only the delivery fee charged. For exchanges, a new order must be placed online. (Partial acceptance or refusal of individual items within the package is not allowed — you can only receive or return the whole package.)

Responsibility After Acceptance: Items accepted without inspection are the customer’s full responsibility; no refunds or exchanges can be processed once the courier has departed.

Delivery Coordination: Coordinate a suitable delivery time with the courier to allow for immediate inspection and try-on.
